The breakfast was quite disappointing. at one point, there were no plates available (, made it hard to actually eat anything). the staff didn't seem very proactive in restocking items either. the bathroom faucet also dispensed rusty water. I contacted customer service but never received a follow-up.

the hotel was easy to reach from the train station (a short walk, really). the airport shuttle was also close, very convenient. the bed was comfortable, and the room lighting was nice. i enjoyed the spacious and elegant bathroom.

i found only one towel in the room for two people. the shower water was too hot. i nearly burned myself when i tried to shower.

i found the location excellent as it was close to the train station. the room was super clean and quite spacious. i also appreciated how close it was to the bus station for the airport it was really convenient. i would certainly recommend it to others.

during my stay, the ac was super noisy. it made for a slightly restless night i thought maybe it could use some maintenance. overall, it was a minor issue considering the rest of my stay.
