breakfast service rusty water

The breakfast was quite disappointing. at one point, there were no plates available (, made it hard to actually eat anything). the staff didn't seem very proactive in restocking items either. the bathroom faucet also dispensed rusty water. I contacted customer service but never received a follow-up.

I was annoyed the breakfast room was too small. It was difficult to find a free table because many guests were there. The staff did not clean tables quickly enough. This caused problems for everyone.

the hotel was easy to reach from the train station (a short walk, really). the airport shuttle was also close, very convenient. the bed was comfortable, and the room lighting was nice. i enjoyed the spacious and elegant bathroom.

i found only one towel in the room for two people. the shower water was too hot. i nearly burned myself when i tried to shower.

fantastic stay!

excellent location clean room convenient bus

i found the location excellent as it was close to the train station. the room was super clean and quite spacious. i also appreciated how close it was to the bus station for the airport it was really convenient. i would certainly recommend it to others.

during my stay, the ac was super noisy. it made for a slightly restless night i thought maybe it could use some maintenance. overall, it was a minor issue considering the rest of my stay.

the staff at reception was very friendly. my room was clean and spacious. the bed offered great comfort. the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, and also within walking distance of attractions, including the funicular to the citta alta.

the fridge in the room smelled slightly unpleasant.
